Each Vial of Borocef-Cefo-S 4500mg contains: 

• Cefoperazone 3000mg 
• Sulbactam 1500mg 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION 

Large Animals -5 to 10 mg/kg B.Wt. 

Dog-15 to 50 mg/kg B.Wt. by IM/IV Route. Once daily 

PRESENTATION 

4500 mg with 20 ml. WFI
